Where you have purchased a course online, we offer 100% refunds only in the event of cancellation of the course by Etu Institute.
Where a course has been purchased on our partner portal, Etu Institute is not responsible or liable for issuing refunds and the policy of the organisation purchased must be respected.

3. Course Details
Full details of the course you are applying for, including course fees and a course description, are available on the relevant course sheet on the Etu website.
4. Course postponement
PLEASE NOTE that the course for which you are enrolling may be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, and Etu Institute reserves the right to change the scheduling and distribution of the course at any time, however, participation fees must not be changed. Etu Institute will notify registered users of the postponements and changes made. If the event is cancelled by Etu Institute for any particular reason, a refund will be made to the users concerned.
5. Language
English will be the language of choice.
6. Registration.
Please fill in the course reference registration form on the website www.etuedu.eu . Alternatively, please write an email to: info@etuedu.eu. All forms of registration are bound by the same Terms and Conditions.
7. Confirm
Confirmation of registration will be sent to participants upon receipt of the completed registration form.
8. Payment
The commitment to pay in advance and is a mandatory condition for registration. In any case, the course participant will receive a tax receipt for the payment of the registration fee.
Place of jurisdiction
This Agreement and the obligation of the Parties hereunder shall be interpreted, construed and applied in accordance with the laws of Malta.
